1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by VeVisible ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") in relation to influencer marketing, social media advertising, and related services. By engaging with our services, the client ("you" or "your") agrees to these terms.
2. Services
2.1. We provide influencer marketing services, social media advertising, marketing consultancy, and content creation as agreed upon in the service contract or proposal.
2.2.We reserve the right to refuse any campaign or service request that does not align with our company’s policies or ethical standards.
3. Payments & Fees
- 3.1. All payments for services, influencer fees, and advertising expenses must be processed through our designated accounts. We do not permit direct payments to influencers or third parties outside our approved channels.
- 3.2. Payments must be made in full before the commencement of any campaign unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- 3.3. We do not offer refunds after 7 days from the date of payment, except in cases where we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service due to our own negligence.
4. Client Data & Confidentiality
- 4.1. We respect the confidentiality of our clients and will not share any personal or business data with third parties unless required by law or necessary to fulfill the services outlined in our agreement.
- 4.2. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for internal analytics and service improvement.
5. Influencer Engagement & Campaign Execution
- 5.1. We select and manage influencers based on the campaign’s needs. While we ensure due diligence, we are not liable for an influencer’s personal conduct or unforeseen actions.
- 5.2. Secure Transactions Clients acknowledge that influencer marketing results may vary and are dependent on factors such as audience engagement, platform algorithms, and market trends.
6. Advertising & Content Ownership
- 6.1. 6.1. All advertisements, content, and influencer collaborations managed by us remain the property of the client, except where otherwise agreed in writing.
- 6.2. We reserve the right to use campaign-related materials for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly restricted by the client.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
- 7.1. We do not guarantee specific results from influencer marketing or advertising efforts, as outcomes are subject to market conditions and platform regulations.
- 7.2. Opt-Out & Deletion We are not responsible for platform policy changes, influencer misconduct, or audience reactions beyond our control.
8. Amendments & Termination
- 8.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with notice provided to active clients.
- 8.2. Opt-Out & Deletion Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice, subject to the agreed-upon terms and any applicable cancellation fees.
